Longitudinal seam welding machines are designed for welding a straight line of metals in thicknesses from 0,6mm up to 10mm.
Standard features of the longitudinal seam welding machines provide a high-quality and experienced platform for longitudinal welding lines. Optional features and programmable welding control provide a unique capability for the welding process. The machine has the capability of a complete root face penetration that is obtained via the melted wire on the other side of the welding seam, thanks to the channel in the cooper bar which is fixed on the mandrel.
Seam Welding Machine which adopts PLC programming logic is offered with the feature of saving at least 20 recipes as standard, considering users with many workpieces of different sizes.
Applications of Seam Welding Machine: pipe, pressure vessels, shells, water tanker, milk tank, LPG tank, automotive industry, pipeline construction liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders, liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinders, metal chimney, industrial filters, automotive fuel tanks, porcelain enamel tanks, transformer radiators, mufflers and large-scale cryogenic storage tanks.
