Chain Type Rotator Description
The Chain type rotator is developed to turn heavy and large loads such as beams, pipes, welded structures and steel constructions quickly and safely without using a crane. This allows for saving labor cost and increase productivity. The chain type rotator consists of 2 rotators and each rotator functions by lifting and rotating. These functions can be controlled synchronously and independently.
The Chain type rotator is not only used for H, I, T, W beams, but it can also be used as a turning device for steel structures, pipes, crane beams, mobile crane booms, steel masts etc. Thanks to the vertically opening and closing levers, it is very simple to load with a crane. The rotator is also available with rollers or undercarriage which are located bottom of the legs. However, smaller models can be easily positioned with a forklift or pallet truck, so the distance between the legs of the rotator can be easily changed.
Applications of Chain Type Rotators: pipe, steel structures, wind turbine masts, steel towers, beams, crane beams, traditional beam profiles, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, plant construction and pipeline construction, robust steel construction, tank and barrel burnishing and welding.
